Becoming Me 💕  

​I have experienced a lot of life in my short time on this planet.  I've had three distinct careers before I landed in what I do now.  I've been a classical musician - playing in concert halls around the world.  I've been a corporate professional working as a business analyst.  I've owned two of my own businesses - first as a real estate professional and later as a business coach.  I even went back to school in my 40's to get a Master's Degree in Psychology because I wanted to understand more about being human.  I'm a lifelong student, for sure.

I've been a daughter and a caregiver for both of my adoptive parents, who have both transitioned.  I'm a daughter and a close friend to my biological mom.  I'm a wife, a stepmother, and a dog mom.  I enjoy reading, writing, hiking, yoga, friends, working, and being outdoors in general.  Anywhere I can connect with nature brings me great joy.

​

But perhaps the most relevant part of who I am, in terms of my life experience, came about by Divine intervention, when I found myself in Kentucky.  In a place and time without a lot of the "things" that had previously "defined" me.  Without parents, friends and clients.  Without a business. 

 

Without a plan - for once in my life. 

 

I felt something inside of me asking me to pause.  To take some time.  To take a long look at myself and my life.  It took some coaxing for me to step into it, mostly because I was afraid of what I might find.  It turned out to be some of the most impactful time I've spent to date.

​

In the five years since I landed in Kentucky, I have taken the opportunity to go back and pick up the pieces of myself that got left behind at different times in my life for different reasons.  To reclaim myself.  To heal wounds - emotional, spiritual, physical.  To grieve losses.  To forgive. 

​

And, to come out of it feeling a new, beautiful, authentic sense of myself.  A deeper love.

 

My life rebuilt itself around this love.

 

The modalities that I share are the those that have the biggest impact on my own personal journey.  Reiki, Akashic Records, Yoga, Meditation and Ceremonial Cacao.  All are integral in helping me go beyond the limits of my mind and move into balance with my heart, body and Spirit.  Into areas that allow me to expand and grow in love.  These modalities support me with courage, wisdom and unwavering, unconditional love.

​

I am someone who is continually peeling back layers, unpacking bags and discovering more of my truth.  And I love doing it.  I believe we are designed to grow and evolve and it is a very natural process if we can embrace and engage it.

​

It's a wonderful place to be.
