A Few of My Favorite Things...

I find myself often referring clients to my network of beautiful practitioners and service providers.  So, I thought, why not create a page on my website so people can have easy access to this information in one place.  Each of these practitioners and businesses have provided incredible service and have supported my personal journey.  I trust and recommend them regularly.  (Note: The underlined sections are hyperlinked)​

• Dr. Lois Fowler, ND - is a Naturopath and the owner of Nutrition and You Health Centre​ in Lexington.  She is incredibly gifted and has helped countless people transform and take ownership of their health and wellbeing.  She can work alongside medical doctors and offers Thermography and other holistic, non-invasive treatments.

• The Sound Healing Center of Lexington is an absolute gem!  A beautiful space + potent and diverse offerings  + gifted humans = a place we are so lucky to have here in Lexington!  Founder Amy Hudson is committed to being a deep resource for the ever evolving Spiritual Community and has created a much larger and exhaustive resource list than mine!  Check it out here.

• Wildfire Yoga & Wildfire Wellness - a beautiful and welcoming community for new and experienced practitioners alike, Wildfire has first class instructors and diverse offerings.  I am a graduate of their 200HR Yoga Teacher Training program certified through Yoga Alliance and it is outstanding.  Wildfire Wellness just launched this spring and offers therapeutic services including Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, PEMF and Red Light Therapies as well as event space and healing practitioners.

• Zenergy Energy Spa in Midway, Kentucky is a one stop destination for healing. Specialized therapies, tools and expert practitioners cover a wide variety of services, including acupuncture, PEMF therapy, EESystem, ASPEN Laser Pain therapy and many others. 

​

• Akashic Records Consultants International is where I have taken all of my training in working with the Akashic Records.  They provide free resources and a directory of both Certified Consultants and Teachers.  If you're interested in learning to open your own Akashic Records, I would highly recommend working through ARCI as they are dedicated to upholding the purity and sacredness of this Divine Resource.

• HeadPlant Modern Alchemy. I can't say enough good things about HeadPlant products.   Mindy Stamulis, founder, head alchemist, and an extraordinary human, is pure magic!  Her products are incredible!  You can read more specifics on her site or come by and give them a try.  I have samples and retail stock on hand.  It is a staple in my self-care routine.

• Have you tried Ceremonial Cacao?  I have so much love and gratitude for this beautiful, heart opening Plant Spirit.  She is a loving friend and supporter of my self-care and self-love practices.  I enjoy and highly recommend both Ora and Keith's Ceremonial Cacao.

• Insight Timer is my favorite app for all things self-care.  It's free and their extensive selection is beautifully curated.  There is certainly something for everyone here!  Even if all you have is a few minutes, I highly recommend trying it out.  Here are two of my favorite practices, Dynamic Breathwork with Ben Holt and Signaling a New Timeline with Lalah Delia.  Both have been longtime "go-to's" on my journey.
